Fircrest Renovation

This one happened in stages, over years, on a lot that has been in the same family for generations. That is the situation our way of working suits best, because the crew that built the first stage is the crew that came back for the next one.

The finished property carries two decks at different levels, a covered outdoor kitchen that works in the rain, a water feature, new patios and a rebuilt driveway. Each stage had to land on the drawing that came before it, and none of it looks stitched together, which is the whole test.

A multi-generation lot has a particular requirement: it has to work for people at very different stages of life on the same afternoon. The covered kitchen and the level changes do most of that work.
